Book a Free Intro Call

15 minutes. You'll tell me what's stuck. I'll tell you what I'd look at first. If there's a fit, we move forward. If there's not, I'll point you in the right direction.

GTM Diagnostic (Weeks 1-2)

We start with the audit. I look at your ICP, your messaging, your pipeline data, your conversion rates, and your current channels. You'll get a full diagnostic report with the top findings and a recommended fix order.

Sprint Execution (Months 1-6)

We work in 2-week sprints. Each sprint has a focus area, clear deliverables, and a working session. Between sessions, I'm available on Slack or email for async questions. We build the GTM system together. You own it when the engagement ends.

The standard engagement runs 3-6 months. Most founders see meaningful pipeline changes by month 2. We work in 2-week sprints, and you can extend or end at any natural sprint boundary.
Pricing is discussed on the intro call based on scope and engagement length. I work with bootstrapped and seed-funded founders, and pricing reflects that.
Both. I'm in the details with you. Messaging gets rewritten in our sessions. Outreach sequences and pipeline reviews happen live. Between sessions, I review deliverables and give feedback async.
It happens. Sometimes the issue is product-side or team-side. If the diagnostic reveals something I can't fix, I'll tell you directly and point you to someone who can.
Having even one or two paying customers helps. It gives us real data to work from. If you're pre-revenue, the GTM Audit is a better starting point than the full advisory.
Nothing specific. A CRM helps (even a spreadsheet works at early stage). Access to your website analytics, email platform, and pipeline data. I'll tell you what to set up in the first sprint if anything is missing.
