15 minutes. You'll tell me what's stuck. I'll tell you what I'd look at first. If there's a fit, we move forward. If there's not, I'll point you in the right direction.
We start with the audit. I look at your ICP, your messaging, your pipeline data, your conversion rates, and your current channels. You'll get a full diagnostic report with the top findings and a recommended fix order.
We work in 2-week sprints. Each sprint has a focus area, clear deliverables, and a working session. Between sessions, I'm available on Slack or email for async questions. We build the GTM system together. You own it when the engagement ends.
