Path 1

Many founders do. The audit gives you enough clarity to execute the fixes on your own. The report is designed to be actionable without ongoing support.

Path 2

We continue into GTM Advisory.

If the diagnostic reveals deeper work that would benefit from hands-on execution together, you can move into a 3–6 month advisory engagement. The audit findings become our Sprint 1 baseline. No overlap. No paying for the same work twice.

Most audits are completed within 10 days. A few days for data review, one 90-minute working session, and the written report delivered within 7 days after.
Pricing is discussed on the intro call. It's a one-time fixed fee, not a monthly retainer.
Whatever you have. Website, pitch deck, outreach templates, CRM or pipeline spreadsheet, and any analytics you track. If some of this doesn't exist yet, that itself is a finding.
It happens. If the real issue is product, team, or timing, I'll say so. You won't get a report that forces a GTM answer onto a non-GTM problem.
You can. But the first two weeks of advisory are essentially a diagnostic anyway. The standalone audit is for founders who want clarity before committing to a longer engagement.
