This Privacy Policy explains how Shamal Badhe ("I," "me," "my"), operating through shamalbadhe.com and the GTM Fix brand, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit my website or use my services.
Information I Collect
When you subscribe to my newsletter, book an intro call, or download a resource, I may collect your name and email address. I collect this information only when you provide it voluntarily through a form on my website.
My website also collects standard analytics data automatically, including pages visited, time on site, referring source, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is collected through Google Analytics and does not personally identify you.
My website uses cookies for basic site functionality and performance optimization through LiteSpeed Cache. Google Analytics also uses cookies to track website usage patterns. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect for the following purposes only.
Email addresses and names collected through the newsletter form are used to send you The GTM Fix Weekly newsletter through Sender.net, my email service provider.
Email addresses collected through resource download forms are used to deliver the requested resource through Gumroad.
Information provided when booking an intro call is used to schedule and conduct that call through Google Calendar Appointments.
Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use my website so I can improve the content and user experience.
I do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. I never have and I never will.

Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained in Sender.net for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from active mailing lists according to Sender.net's retention policies.
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics according to Google's default retention settings.
Booking data is retained in Google Calendar for the duration of the scheduled appointment and any follow-up.
Your Rights
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you. You can request this by emailing me at the address below.
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate.
You have the right to have your personal data deleted. If you want me to remove your data, email me and I will delete it from all systems I control within 30 days.
You have the right to unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
